Dark Chocolate Passionfruit Caramel Truffle
Bursting with flavor, this is a multi layered truffle that features buttery rich vanilla caramel that’s layered on top of a white chocolate and flavicarpa passionfruit ganache.
Flavicarpa passion fruits are slightly larger than the more common purple passion fruit. It’s also sweeter and lends its self to sweet treats perfectly.
The flavors are then molded into a truffle with Ethel M’s paper thin signature semi-sweet dark chocolate shell.
Finally, each truffle is carefully completed with air brushed orange and yellow colored cocoa butter.
Dark Chocolate Lemon Blueberry Satin Crème
A mouth watering combination of Eureka lemon and wild blueberry puree, that’s folded into Ethel M’s signature satin crème center then finally molded into a semi-sweet dark chocolate shell.
The chocolatiers then finish each truffle by hand with airbrushed blue snd yellow colored cocoa butter.
